Jim Naughton (Vice President)

Jim serves as an attorney, agent and contract advisor for our clients.  Jim has coordinated the daily client-servicing and player-related matters such as contract negotiations and marketing/endorsement opportunities for the last 11 ½ years while working with Glenn Schwartzman at SportsPro Management and Alliance Sports.  Jim has researched and assisted in negotiating and procuring multi-million dollar contracts for clients in the National Basketball Association and his experience in these areas extends to other leagues such as the NBDL, CBA, USBL and almost every International Basketball League in the world.  Additionally, Jim has negotiated and procured contract and marketing deals for clients in the NFL, CFL, AFL and the former NFL Europa. 

After attending Western Maryland College where he was a two-sport athlete, playing both basketball and winning two conference championships in golf, Jim graduated from the Widener University School of Law. 

Jim is a certified contract advisor with the NBPA, NFLPA and  FIBA and is also a member of the Sports Law and Entertainment Division of the ABA.  Jim is based in our Miami office.
