Bryan Short (Director of Player Personnel)

Bryan Short has been handling player personnel for Alliance Sports for the past 7 years and has enjoyed consecutive years of continuous growth.  Bryan is responsible for the daily communication with ASM future and current clients.  Bryan attended Kentucky Christian University and Florida Christian College, playing both baseball and basketball. 

Bryan Short had a small stint in the spring of 1994 with the Houston Astros organization. 

Before working with Alliance Sports he established DSM Football along with Joe Dinda. In 2003, DSM represented more AFL players than any other sports company.  They negotiated the highest AFL contracts for an OS and OL/DL in the year 2004. 

Bryan is responsible for the marketing of our services to college prospects that are projected to enter into the NBA and NFL Drafts while also providing daily client servicing, administrative needs, including, personal and family matters. 

Bryan and his wife, Jemma, have a daughter, Brayden who is in the 2nd grade and enjoys cheerleading.
